A Bangkok practice for warehouse safety reporting

Insight Nodecore Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 to help compliance leads turn floor observations and incident logs into reporting packs that stand up in review meetings.

Official name and origin

The official registered business name is Insight Nodecore Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2016 in Phra Khanong, Bangkok, after its founding consultants spent years supporting distribution centres that struggled to keep racking ledgers and near-miss notes aligned with Thai OSH expectations.

Early engagements were single-site walkthroughs for consumer-goods warehouses along the Bangna corridor. As clients asked for repeatable monthly briefs and multi-site sequencing, the practice grew into a dedicated warehouse safety reporting studio — still human-led, still grounded in floor access rather than remote guesswork.

How we work

We begin with the compliance lead’s reporting calendar: audit windows, board packs, and seasonal peaks. Field consultants schedule walkthroughs around shift patterns, photograph findings square-on to the racking, and write in the zone language your supervisors already use.

Charts appear only where they clarify a pattern — by aisle, shift band, or activity type. We avoid decorative scoreboards. The deliverable is a pack your maintenance and operations counterparts can act on without translation.

Values on the floor

  • Bay-level specificity over vague severity labels
  • Respect for shift time and pick-path continuity during visits
  • Honest limits when logs are incomplete
  • Clear separation between observation, recommendation, and work we do not perform
