Acceptance
By using this website or commissioning reporting work, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Services described
Pages on this site describe warehouse safety reporting, walkthrough assessments, monthly briefs, and related professional services. Descriptions are informational. A signed scope or written estimate governs each engagement.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, layout, and generated imagery owned by Insight Nodecore, remains our property unless a separate licence is granted. Reporting packs delivered under an engagement may be used by the commissioning client for internal compliance and audit purposes. Redistribution as a commercial product requires prior written consent.
Client materials
You remain responsible for the accuracy of logs, floor plans, and access introductions you supply. We rely on those materials when preparing findings.
Liability
Reporting packs document observations and analysis for compliance support. They do not replace legal advice, engineering certification, or statutory filings. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Insight Nodecore’s liability for any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from business interruption or regulatory outcomes.
Website availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements commissioned through this site, unless a signed contract specifies otherwise.
