From scope call to final reporting pack

1. Scope call
We confirm sites, reporting period, Thai OSH documentation needs, and who introduces us to shift supervisors. You share whatever racking ledger and incident log you have — incomplete files are still useful.

2. Floor walkthrough
Consultants visit during agreed shifts, photograph findings square-on, and note aisle clearance, racking condition, egress paths, and PPE observance in the zone language your site already uses.

3. Log and ledger review
Near-miss and incident entries for the agreed window are sorted by zone, activity, and time band. Patterns that match floor photographs become the backbone of the pack.

4. Draft for factual review
You receive a draft so bay labels and shift names can be corrected before leadership sees the final. We do not inflate severity to force urgency.

5. Final pack and debrief
The finished pack includes charts where they clarify trends, a prioritised action list, and a short debrief with the compliance lead. Monthly briefs can continue from the same zone map if you choose a retainer.
