When to Commission a Fresh Site Baseline

Signals that your last warehouse safety baseline is too old for the next audit season.

When to Commission a Fresh Site Baseline

A safety baseline ages quickly after a layout change. New racking runs, relocated battery charging, or a third inbound door all redraw the risk map that your last report described.

If more than twelve months have passed since a full walkthrough, compliance leads in multi-site networks often find that photographs no longer match the floor. That mismatch confuses auditors and slows your own action tracking.

Commission a fresh baseline when open actions from the previous pack are mostly closed and the remaining list no longer describes current congestion. Continuing to track obsolete items wastes the monthly brief.

Peak season is a poor window for a full engagement. Schedule the walkthrough in a quieter month so consultants can stand in aisles without blocking pick rates.

Insight Nodecore sequences multi-site baselines by outbound volume and recent incident density, not by alphabetical site codes. Ask for that sequencing when you request an estimate.
